Plaza Ice Cream Parlor under an extensive exterior refurbishment

The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is currently walled off and under an extensive exterior refurbishment. As usual now, a decorative scrim is being put in place to improve the appearance during the work. The parlor remains open for business as usual during the work.
