Very nice course, well maintained. It is the same terain as Magnolia. Only problem, at 65 years old, the walking was not my cup of tea.

I was 18 years old when I attempted Oak Trail, I went to Oak Trail because I didn't want to spend a lot of money and I didn't want to attempt 18 holes. It's the only 9-hole in WDW, so it's good for the younger crowd. I got a tee-time for 3:30 in the afternoon, due to the price. The price drops significantly starting after 10AM. The heat wasn't a problem, but you must remember to wear sunglasses or at least a cap or visor.
The only sour point for the day was when I sliced my newly purchased "fantasia mickey" golf ball on the first hole. After that though, I hit every drive fairly straight. It was a good day, it's definately the best 9-hole I've ever played!
The only problem I found was the "no-cart" rule. Their are no Electric Golf Carts to rent, it's a walking course. You can only rent a pull cart.
