Formerly known as Disney's Port Orleans Resrot, it merged with Dixie Landings Resort on April 1 2001. The area formerly known as Disney's Port Orleans Resort, changed its name to the French Quarter region, and the area, formerly known as Disney's Dixie Landings Resort, changing its name to the Riverside region.
