The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros at Epcot's Mexico Pavilion will begin offering longer operating hours from June 21.

Coinciding with the opening of "Frozen Ever After" at the next door Norway Pavilion, the Mexico Pavilion will open at 9am instead of the usual 11am World Showcase opening.

The Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride will be open, along with a new breakfast at La Cantina de San Angel.

We got 2 of the 3 entrees and the kids meal. Great size portion and wonderful tastes all around. Well worth it if you want something different for breakfast.

Well, it's easy enough to not allow any alcoholic beverages to be served until 11:00 except at restaurants. That would probably help a bit.

Indeed. Epcot has wonderful breakfast options compared to the other three parks.

That's pretty much standard at any Mexican restraint around here. It may be missing Huevos rancheros and breakfast tacos which aren't too much different what what already offered.

If you want breakfast that isn't Mexican then Sunshine Seasons, Starbucks and Les Halles Bakery are also open.
