The Magic Kingdom operating hours have been extended considerably around the Christmas period (Dec 18 to Dec 31), with the park opening every morning at 7am (with EMH), and remaining open until midnight at the earliest, with 3am closing on EMH nights. This means on some days the park will open at 7am and close at 3am on the next morning, with a reopening again at 7am, giving just 4 hours of downtime for the park .
