Refurbishment scrims begin to come down on the park-facing side of the Main Street U.S.A. railroad station

More construction scrims have been removed on the Main Street U.S.A. train station, this time on the side facing the park.

Work has been ongoing for several months as the station is refurbished ahead of the park's 50th-anniversary refresh.

Most of the scrims removed so far have been on the main entrance side, and this is the first to be removed from the park side.

Work should wrap up in the next couple of weeks ahead and be complete by October 1.

My sources tell me that they're instead working on a floral advertising a Disney+ and Genie+ bundle. They're calling it DisneyGenie++. You heard it here first.

I understand, but it's the kind of thing that would have gotten someone a big 'ol talking to, at minimum, if it happened 15 or more years ago. Show standards have gone down hill in recent years, and based on my experience working there for many years, it wouldn't fly until recently. Same with the interspersed burnt out "popcorn" lights on every Main Street building and the Grand Floridian.

When do you think Tron will be done? Personally I don't think Tron is going to be a ride for me I just really care about when the train will be running again. Do you have any insight as to when the train will be running again. Keeping my fingers crossed for good news. ;)🤞🎇✨

Likely since the scaffolding was just removed the interior may still have some active construction and the Magic Kingdom decorating team has not yet been allowed access to reinstall curtains.
