The $20 Individual Attraction Purchase for Lightning Lane access to TRON Lightcycle Run sold out today just before 9am on the official opening day of the new Magic Kingdom ride.

Priced at the same $20 per person that we saw during the soft opening period, Lightning Lane access went on sale for Walt Disney World resort hotel guests at 7am.

Regular park guests would have had the option to purchase from the park opening at 9am if it had not sold out earlier.

The ride's virtual queue reached capacity in around 3 seconds at 7am, and with no standby line available, guests missing out will need to try to enter the queue at the 1pm opening.

How on Earth did they miss putting "END OF LINE" on this sign?? It's a direct quote from the movie!

It's a great attraction ... alebit with everything Disney has produced in the past decade about a minute too short.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they do it after fireworks or near closing time for day guests on a party night.

Yeah, having Big thunder and space down along with Tiana's being pretty unreliable would be bad.
