Epcot has a new World Showcase breakfast option.

With the opening of "Frozen Ever After" in Norway on June 21, Disney is expecting many more guests to be in World Showcase early in the day. La Cantina de San Angel now offers an interesting breakfast option.

Two fried eggs, layers of fried corn tortilla, with green tomatillo sauce, topped with queso fresco, onions and sour cream.

  • Tamal verde con huevos $8.75
Scrambled eggs, corn dough filled with pork chorizo, covered with green tomatillo sauce.

  • Pambazo de chorizo con huevo $9.95
Bread roll filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, jack cheese, red onions, lettuce and guacamole.

A Kid's breakfast is also available:

  • Huevos revueltos $5.99
Scrambled eggs topped with cheese, served with potatoes and fruit.

Breakfast is available from 9am to 11am daily.

Smells like....victory. (Well, actually more like BO and cheese, but I digress.)

Makes sense. I like EPCOT in the morning:)

I've heard rumors that Epcot may get more EMH mornings this summer.

We got 2 of the 3 entrees and the kids meal. Great size portion and wonderful tastes all around. Well worth it if you want something different for breakfast.

Well, it's easy enough to not allow any alcoholic beverages to be served until 11:00 except at restaurants. That would probably help a bit.

Never heard of a Bloody Mary? I love one with breakfast when on vacation.

Indeed. Epcot has wonderful breakfast options compared to the other three parks.

That's pretty much standard at any Mexican restraint around here. It may be missing Huevos rancheros and breakfast tacos which aren't too much different what what already offered.

If you want breakfast that isn't Mexican then Sunshine Seasons, Starbucks and Les Halles Bakery are also open.

I would LIKE all of WS open early. They'll make a killing off of the breakfast crowd and early boozers
