The Disney Princesses will return to the dining room of Cinderella's Royal Table on February 28 for the first time since the COVID closure.

With the return of the character dining experience, pricing has increased significantly, with breakfast rising by $20, and dinner increasing by $12. The price has also increased compared to pre-COVID when the characters were last present.

Breakfast with the Princesses is now priced at $65 for adults and $39 per child, previously $45 and $29. Pricing before COVID and with characters was $62 and $37.

Lunch and Dinner with the Princesses are now priced at $79 for adults and $47 per child, previously $67 and $39. Pricing before COVID and with characters was $75 and $45.

The Magic Kingdom restaurant in Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom has been operating without characters in the dining room since it reopened from the COVID shutdown. Cinderella has been posing for pictures with guests in the lobby of the restaurant.

If it comes back like it was before Covid then you would still be able to get in as only half the place was the character breakfast and the other half you could go in and order off the menu.

Oh gosh, I hope they don't. Their breakfast menu is so good right now. That breakfast pizza there is one of the best things I've ever had at Disney. I don't want to have to go to a character breakfast to get it.

The breakfast M&G was great. Good food. Good one-on-one time with the characters. Tho, Eric's a boor.

It stunk compared to the previous offering. My family enjoyed the steak which I don’t remember if that had been on the old menu.

Do you think it returns this calendar year? I have a kid that would love the characters they had here previously.

Is that really their goal anymore? Doesn’t seem it. They seem to be fine on running part restaurants on reduced staffing

I don't believe it is dead, and expect it to return.

It’s strange that they haven’t brought this back as Trattoria almost always has open reservations for breakfast, this could help remedy that issue. This breakfast was fun, I did it once.

Nothing new here, but how long will they leave the webpage up unchanged: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/boardwalk/trattoria-al-forno/ Is this dead? Maybe waiting for the rest of the Boardwalk makeover to be complete (Cake Bake Shop, Blue Ribbon, etc, boardwalk?

The question was for people who have eaten at both and remember it

ToTBellHopApr 27, 2023

It was the best wedge salad of John’s life.

It's been nearly 30 years since the name changed, so that's an incredibly hard comparison to make in all the time that has passed. I was on my first WDW trip just before the change to Garden Grill - I was two years old 🤣

Who remembers the Garden Grill when it was originally The Good Turn Restaurant . If you ate there how does it compare to the Garden Grill Have eaten at both over the years and hands down the Good Turn was much better IMO

They can keep their loaf of bread.
