Citricos at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will be offering a Disney Princess breakfast and brunch during the refurbishment of Cinderella's Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom.

Available from January 8 2015, through to March 3 2015, the experience will be available to book for Walt Disney World Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members beginning December 3, with reservations open to all guests on December 4 2014.

According to the announcement on the Disney Parks Blog, Cinderella will be there to greet guests as they arrive, and the Disney princesses will visit each table for photos and autographs during the dining experience. Diners also can participate in an interactive “Magical Wishing Ceremony” with Cinderella and the Disney Princesses, with “wishing wands” and “wishing swords” for little ones.

Breakfast and brunch hours are 8am to 2:20pm, and cost is $49.99 for adults and $31.99 ages 3-9. The experience is on the Disney Dining Plan (2 entitlements). For reservations call 407-WDW-DINE. Online reservations and information will be available at a later date.

Cinderella's Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom will be closed for refurbishment from January 5 2015 to March 6 2015.

I'm a realist I expect things to get worse and I'm rarely disappointed these days especially at WDW...

Guess which one you come across as recently on every thread. ;):D

Kibbles-n-Bits too upscale, Now it serves "Canine Nutritional Ration - Food Service Pack" gotta watch the pennies you see.

But it's FAR more PROFITABLE now, And after all that's all that matters to TWDC these days.

That costs money and effort where a princess meet-n-greet is a license to print money with no efforts needed to maintain standards.

I was told new carpet, paint, and some new furniture as well..

Not all refurbs need to have upgrades associated with them. Routine maintenance is always needed and generally appreciated. Of course, I'm fairly certain that this refurb included the installation of the ability for you to experience (at a premium upcharge) the experience of being actual nobility in a medieval castle. The windows seats will be reserved for VIP packages, and will open, allowing you to throw your leftover food at the peasants below. You will get your own all-you-care-to-throw plates of mashed potatoes, boiling hot stews, and rotten tomatoes, all on a commemorative plate that you can keep (or throw itself if you choose to).

It's an aging building that needs lengthy maintenance every now and again just to stay functional. See also: POTC.

far more than just a bit... its a huge let down...

Red SoxMar 13, 2015

So the lengthy refurbishment resulted in little to no visible changes? That's a bit of a let down.

I assume it still serves Alpo and didn't decline by degrees to Kibbles n Bits.

if the picture I saw on Instagram is new then it does not look really any different from the waiting area to the ballroom .... sadly.............
