We stayed in the Dolphin, so it was obviously pretty convenient, I wouldn't travel from another hotel to eat there but if you are around the epcot resort area and want a quick decent meal then it is great! (24 hours) We tried quite a lot of the made to order stuff rather than the really quick stuff that didn't look that great! Had no complaints with any of the burgers, nachos, baked potato's, pizzas etc, thought they were all good for the price. the other great thing is that you can obviously carry this stuff up to your room any hour of the day! We had no complaints and will probably eat most of our quick breakfasts / lunch on our next trip as the quality is much better than in the parks. No complaints at all!
The food at Picabu isn't amazing by any stretch of the imagination, but its more than mediocre. It's simple food buffeteria style (burgers, pizza, sandwiches, turkey and mashed potatoes, etc). The big plus to Picabu's is that its open 24 hours! So when all of the Disney counter service are closed there is still a decent place to eat. The also have some sundries and snacks available 24 hours as well. Its great to be able to get some bandaids for blisters after a 12am MK close!
