All guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel are now eligible to make an advanced reservation for quick service lunch at 'Be Our Guest Restaurant' in the Magic Kingdom's New Fantasyland.
Making the 'Be Our Guest Restaurant' MyMagic+ lunch reservation
You should receive an invitation email to take part in the test, although we have had reports from some readers that they are not receiving the invite until they check in. Once you have the invite, get started by visiting the Be Our Guest lunch reservation site. Login to the site using your My Disney Experience username and password, and then enter your resort reservation number.
Once logged in you will have the option of selecting a date and arrival window for Be Our Guest Restaurant, and for pre-ordering you meal. The reservation will be valid only for the number of guests on your resort reservation. Reservation times are from 10:30am to 1:45pm, with a 30 minute arrival window. Note that not all dates are available, and future dates may only be released closer to the time. Our readers are currently reporting that dates beyond May 2014 are not yet available,
If you are undecided about what you want to eat, you can skip the ordering and instead order once you arrive at the restaurant.
You can cancel or modify your reservation at anytime via the website, and there is no credit card guarantee required, and no penalty for a no-show.
Arriving at 'Be Our Guest Restaurant'
If you arrive at the restaurant wearing your MagicBand, you will be identified by a Cast Member who will then confirm your order. You can then pay using MagicBand or credit card, and head straight to any table of your choice in any part of the restaurant. This will completely bypass the ordering parlor room. If you do not wear a MagicBand, or need to modify the order or pay by cash, you will be directed to the ordering room.
Once your food is ready, it will be delivered directly to your table. You are located by your MagicBand, or MagicRose if you do not wear a MagicBand.
FastPass+ for 'Be Our Guest Restaurant' is only valid for lunch quick service, and only for Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests. If you are staying offsite, you have to use the standby line, or make a regular dining reservation for table service dinner.
