APEX By Sunglass Hut in The Landing at Disney Springs has now closed to rebrand into an Oakley store.

APEX, which opened in January 2015 as one of the first new Disney Springs stores, sold a range of eyewear from the Luxottica group - including Ray-Ban and Oakley.

The new store will continue to sell Oakley sunglasses and accessories when it opens in Fall 2017.

An Oakley store was originally announced for Disney Springs to open in the Town Center near to the Polite Pig. This store will now takeover the APEX space in The Landing.

They recently rebranded the Apex store at my local mall to Ray-Ban. Seems like the concept didn't work out for Luxottica.

There was already a Sunglass Hut so this was kinda not great. This makes much more sense.

...So is the Oakley that was going in next to the Levi store not happening then? It seems like walls have been up on that for forever.
