The new TV series will be the first time released under Disney Junior new branding, shortened as "Disney Jr." (but may still pronounced as Disney Junior verbally). In fact, it will be the first rebrand of Disney Junior for more than 13 years in existence.

Bundling is cheaper in the long run. If all the streaming services came together for like 40 bucks a month, I'd pay that.

Hulu as a place with a bunch of content, a lot of it licensed (like good 'ol Netflix used to be) will be eventually integrated totally into D+. Hulu Live as a place to stream Live Linear TV will continue to be a separate streamer. But with linear TV dying.... Hulu Live (along with other live linear streamers, like YouTube TV) will eventually die out.

For now they will have the two tier approach. You can get Hulu in D+ if you have the bundle, or you can sub to Hulu as a standalone product. I do see a point where Hulu is just phased out as a standalone product and just merged completely in D+ as they have Star outside the US. It makes sense long term as it saves on costs. I don't know what she said, but the writing has been on the wall for awhile that a consolidation/bundling was going to begin at some point in the near future. We've just finally started hitting that point.
