First signs of the wand structure being built

A MASSIVE blue steel structure (VERY abstract looking) is popping up over beyond the east side of EPCOT's main parking lot, just beyond the trees.

The Mickey's wand is beginning to show. The first 25 to 30 feet of tower has been erected in front of the former-restrooms on the east side of Spaceship Earth.
