Disney CEO Bob Iger addressed shareholders at today's Walt Disney Co. Annual Shareholder meeting but did not provide any update on the opening of Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World or Disneyland.

Despite updating shareholders on recent openings at the parks and mentioning the possibility of an Avatar experience at Disneyland, Bob had nothing to say about any upcoming projects at Walt Disney World.

Today's meeting was widely expected to offer an opening date for Tiana's Bayou Adventure, but it appears that plans are still fluid, and Disney is not yet ready to commit to a date. There are no major Disney events between now and the previously announced "summer 2024" opening, meaning a social media announcement is now the most likely scenario.

The development of Tiana's Bayou Adventure in Walt Disney World is making significant strides. The exterior is nearing completion, and Imagineers are already conducting test rides on the attraction.

Does anybody think I’m lovely?

Can people please stop complaining about other people's opinions? It seems very unnecessary.

I was stating my own opinion on the matter. Now you may not with agree with me and that’s fine but my comment was based on my own observations. Now tell me how did I “mischaracterize” that poster’s complaint?

Way to mischaracterize that poster's completely legitimate (and overly-earned) complaint.

Very random but there’s two circular designs embedded in the sidewalks at two spots in the queue - under the railroad and in front of the Main Entrance. They are ALWAYS covered with plywood in pictures. It’s probably so minor but I’m dying to know what it looks like

Why do some people on here feel the need to pretend that they don’t criticize incomplete projects?

Mickey/Minnie projected on wall when balloon prop is broken during Carnival scene. Mickey/Minnie projected on wall during underwater scene when green bush that covers them is broken. In factory scene, the lanterns remain in down position when they are broken, so they don't "pump" up and down before Mickey pulls the switch. Also the carousel remains closed up so that too is projected when the prop is broke.

Different fence, and yeah that definitely isn't getting removed unfortunately. As soon as they scribbled produce on it, it was clear that was what they were going with. Looks awful too. Looked bad on Splash, looks even more awful with the scribbles. I was referring to the ugly green metal railing directly in front of the drop.

I mean, the fence I have an issue with is still untouched and looking like painted ingredients are the final adjustment to it. If they fix it, I will happily state that my grumbling was unjustified.

It's the only scene where you feel like you're "in" the story... perhaps with the exception of the initial descent with the bubbles, cool air, and ceiling screen, but the static "characters" tacked around kills that right quick.

Interesting. Thanks!

Alternate screen version of the flying balloon Mickey and Minnie in the carnival scene is one I can think of.

What B-modes does MMRR have?

I admit to having been a bit worried it would be left bare or, more likely, insufficiently covered, but only because of all the oddities and inconsistencies that have marked this project. My concern seems silly in retrospect, of course.
