    That is exactly what happened

I saw something online that said Disney changed it because they thought it looked like phineas was giving ferb the middle finger. Personally I doubt that but it did make me wonder why they added it.

Walt Disney Imagineering has shared a behind-the-scenes look at creating topiaries for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival:

I know when se shot our pics (below) it wasn't fully complete, and more was added (flowers in the background). Perhaps Disney did the same.

Did anyone else notice the phineas topiary has a weird flower on his finger that looks wasn’t in the promotional photo?

Then don't try the flan cake in Mexico. That thing will end your diet

This is cute! Much better than the food & wine “let’s decorate… with merch and cash registers!” angle. I think it’s just enough. I have to say, I’m really impressed with all the little touches this year. I know we’re a far cry from the hey day of demonstrations and entertainment pluses of festivals past, but it looks like they put some actual time and attention toward things, from the topiary upgrades, to communicore hall, to LwtL displays, down to themed wraps for some of the trash cans. The Smuckers playground even has nautical flags that spell Smuckers! At the very least, I’d say this is a step in the right direction, which is not something that can be said often at WDW these days. I’m excited to visit later this month and see it for myself.

No. My mom has a pretty cool one that I believe they’re still selling though.

I don't suppose you noticed a new Orange Bird magic band? I've think I've seen most of the merch by now but no magic band.

    Agent HMar 05, 2025

It’s so good. I’ve been getting it consistently for at least a decade.

    NunuMar 05, 2025

Thanks for reporting back. :) The topiaries look very nice in pics, can't wait to seem them in person next week. Oh, and I definitely have my eye on that corn on the cob.

    Agent HMar 05, 2025

So I just got home from Epcot. Everything was really neat. Food was really good. the highlights were the corn on the cob and the peach funnel cake. Merch was great. As someone who loves the color orange the orange bird stuff really appeals to me. Now onto the topiaries. Those were amazing! The best lineup I’ve seen in years I would say! Mickeys picnic was adorable! And I don’t think I’ve ever seen more work go into the setting of one than the Moana topiary! Obviously though my favorite was phineas and ferb. Now I did not enter the hall because we were pressed for time but I will be returning to check it out soon! Side note: found this in the United Kingdom. Thought it was interesting. I may or may not have gasped in delight upon seeing it.
