Disney's Yacht Club Resort to Begin More Exterior Maintenance July

Disney has announced that Disney’s Yacht Club Resort will undergo routine exterior maintenance from early July through October 2025.

The project will require the closure of the porte cocheres, the covered areas used for guest drop-off and pickup. Despite the closures, valet, luggage assistance, transportation, and most resort amenities will remain available. Disney has noted that construction may be noticeable during daytime hours, though efforts will be made to reduce disruptions.

This follows the previously announced similar exterior maintenance at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, which runs from June through September 2025. Both resorts share the three-acre Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool area, which is already closed for refurbishment through June 2025.

Despite the work, core services and guest facilities are expected to remain accessible.
