Out of the seven lands located at the Magic Kingdom Tomorrowland is the best. With the 1995 refurb it was changed from an all white, dated look at the future into a beautiful looking metropolis with kinetic fixtures, neon lights, and interesting architecture. The land is teeming with an alien, slightly techo theme and works as a community. Each building serves a purpose in the grand scheme of things and the attention to detail is well done. Along with the refurb several new shops and attractions were brought in to match the theme. Unfortunately the land has gone down in it's value. Many of the creative attractions that were top notch have been replaced with awful, cheap imitators. Hopefully that will change in the future.
Space Mountain, Space Ranger Spin, TTA and Astro Orbiter really make Tomorrowland one of my favorites. It looks great at night.
It seemed to me that this area of MK had the most to do and see. There's so much that I loved about this area of the park! MILF, Buzz, Stitch, CoP, Space Mtn...we spent alot of time in this "land."
with space mt. pne of my fav. rides, buzz lightyear, and tta, its fun. its also a great place to relax and eat, and to meet your party. dont forget to see sunny eclipse at cosmic rays starlight cafe
space mountain, tta, and buzz light year are what make this land the big hit that it is
Tomorrowland, the land that is has to be updated every 20 years or so is arguably one WDW's most interesting and fun land's. The area was redone in the mid-90's to a sort of Jules Verne's vision of the future from the past. Lots of bright, neon lights light up the night sky here and there are even fake palm trees! Stitch's Escape, Buzz Lightyear, Carousel of Progress, the Laugh Floor and Space Mountain are the headliners here. I love the ambiance here, especially near Space Mountain where you can hear the Peoplemover (or TTA) whizz by above and the sounds of the Speedway cars chugging along in the distance (this was even better when the Skyway was still here)! Space Mtn is a classic and even though it is an aging veteran, it still is a blast to ride. My guilty pleasure is the Peoplemover, it provides a long and peaceful ride in the shade and hardly ever has any waits whatsoever.
Tommorrowland is timeless. It is also futuristic and magical. The rides are great and so is the atmosphere. Space Mountain is the best. It really lights up at night and looks like a completely different place. The TTA is a must ride through the galaxy also. Go to Carousel of Progress if it's open for one of Disney's best shows. Tommorrowland is perhaps the best place of MK.
