Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is closed today, Thursday, February 20, and will remain closed tomorrow, February 21, due to cold temperatures in the forecast.

Today's high is expected to reach 65°F, with lows in the mid-40s overnight. Friday will be even cooler, with a high of 61°F and a low of 40°F.

The park is set to reopen on Saturday, February 22, with normal operating hours from 10 am to 5 pm.

Meanwhile, Typhoon Lagoon remains closed for its annual refurbishment but is expected to reopen at the end of March, although Disney is still waiting to confirm its return.

Great, I was planning on using the free perk on Thursday, hopefully since it’s supposed somewhat chilly it won’t be too busy?

This is why we need both parks open.

Blizzard Beach has reached a phased closure and is only accepting WDW resort guests at this time. The parking lot is also at capacity and guests are being redirected to park at DAK.

Great perk for check in days! Haha. That perk is a joke.

It's Blizzard beach --it's supposed to be cold --this is discrimination against the polar bear club(sarcasm)
