Out of all the parades I have ever seen at Disney World, this one might just be my favorite. The parade was full of floats based on neerly every Disney movie up through the 1980s and even included a float based on the newest film before the paade began (I remember Oliver and Company and The Little Mermaid had units like this). It was also filled with characters that are so rare to see today like Davy Crockett, Mowgli, Jimminy Cricket, Dumbo, The Gummi Bears and others. It also had one of my favorite floats in any Disney parade: Cinderella's crystal pumpkin coach. It just doesn't feel the same without seeing Cinderella being driven through her kingdom in the coach.
This was the first parade I ever saw, back in 1990, and it was one of the best. Another like it, only in 1999 with "Magical Moments". THis one was a true parade, several floats representing the several Disney features. Mowgli, Mary Poppins, Snow White, Mickey and friends, the Three Little Pigs... They had A LOT of characters in it.
