The bridge linking the hub with Liberty Square is currently being completely replaced. This huge task is being performed in very poor weather, but progress seems good so far. The old bridge has been totally removed, and the steel footers for the new bridge are now in place. It's amazing to see how they have the area under the bridge completely dry using a series of pumps and dams.
