The Astro orbiter is at the top of Tomorrowland. It actually is a moderate thrill compared to Dumbo and Aladin. You have to take an elevator to get to the top where the ride is and the view is great. It is a great family ride. The lines are often unbearable though.
This is the most uncomfortable ride I\'ve been on. The seating hurt, and the chinky safety belt was definitely not going to hold any small person in...and isn\'t this supposed to be more of a children\'s attraction? I would be afraid of a child falling out! I even felt like I would fall out! I know it\'s an old ride, but it really could use some better safety belts. I had avoided this ride for a long time, but the wait was short my last trip so I tried it out. I was very disappointed. I\'d rather stand in line for Dumbo.
I love this name better than Astro Orbiter!!! I just love to go on it looking like Rocket Jets in Disneyland, but Star Jets & Rocket Jets are the best jet rides in the Disney parks. I love to go on space rides!!!
Another Spinner ride like Dumbo or Aladdin. This one is themed to rocket ships and is located in the middle of Tommorowland. It is placed higher off the ground than the other spinners which adds to the thrills and gives a wonderful view. Lines can be long and almost unbarable. See it before closing if a priority.
THE LINES CAN BE UNBEARABLE SO ITS BETTER AS A E-TICKET RIDE. WHILE IT'S JUST ANOTHER SPINNING RIDE THE VIEW AT NIGHT OF MK IS TRULY AWESOME.
It's a wonderful touch to Tomorrowland, especially the remade version: Astro Orbiter. It's more of a Dumbo/Aladdin theme, but this seems to be one of the tallest (or should I say highest), a lot of the Walt Disney World Resort can be seen while flying in your spaceships!
