Maya Grill at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to reopen late June

The Maya Grill at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will reopen to guests at 5pm on June 24 2021.

The table service restaurant has remained closed since the resort reopened last year. Current operating restaurants at Coronado Springs include Barcelona Lounge, Cafe Rio, Dahlia Lounge, El Mercado de Coronado, Laguna Bar, Rix Sports Bar, Siesta Cantina, and Three Bridges Bar & Grill.

Elsewhere at the Gran Destino Tower, the new Toledo rooftop restaurant remains closed and does not yet have a reopening date.

    One of my favorite restaurants on property. Always good. Love the atmosphere, food and drinks.

    As my home is the CSR, I have dined here many times. It would be hyperbole to say it is destination dining. But the food here (to me) has always been excellent. The steak fajitas...well, I swear the last time I ate there, it was made with filet mignon. I just wish they would bring back the breakfast buffet. It was great. Not a Boma type spread but very very good for the price.
