Starting November 18, 2024, new dishes and drinks are landing at Oga's Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

New Bites at Oga's Cantina

Umbaran Cheese Roll: A spice-dusted pretzel bun filled with herbed cheese, served with a dipping sauce. This savory addition is perfect for those looking for a quick bite while enjoying the Cantina's unique atmosphere.

Thruster Roasted Bantha Flatbread: This naan flatbread is topped with spiced chorizo beef and a four-cheese blend, making it a hearty choice for sharing or enjoying solo.

New Drinks to Try

Nysillin and Bubbles with Brub Berry Essence: A refreshing blend of Empress 1908 Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and blueberry-lime juice, topped with tonic water and garnished with an edible hibiscus flower. A light, floral drink to kick back with.

Bloody Rancor with Candied Meat: This twist on a Bloody Mary features Tito's Handmade Vodka, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and house-made bloody mary mix, all topped with spicy candied rancor bacon. It's bold, spicy, and packs a punch.

The Sylop: A blend of Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and jalapeño, with a chili-lime-seasoned rim. This cocktail combines smoky, tart, and spicy elements for those looking for something with a kick.

Corellian Spike Cold Brew: A mix of Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Joffrey's Coffee Cold Brew, vanilla, brown sugar syrup, and orange bitters, finished with purple vanilla-ube foam. It's the perfect combination for anyone who loves coffee with a bit of an edge.

You can secure your spot at Oga's by making an advance reservation through the My Disney Experience app or take a chance with walk-up availability, though space is limited.

Wow, that was sooner than I expected. We were there just 10 days ago and our server was hinting that menu changes were coming -- we were debating the Black Spire Brew and she told us to order it before it disappeared. Having more food offerings is a good idea. I've definitely seen people bail from our table when they realized that there isn't much to eat.
