Plaza Ice Cream Parlor closing for a near three month refurbishment

The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor at the Magic Kingdom is scheduled to  be closing from 4th January to 27 March 2012 for refurbishment.  The nearly three month timeframe would suggest an extensive amount of work, although currently no specific details are available.
