Nearly all Disney operated quick service and table service restaurants now offer allergy-friendly menus - read on for details.
We stopped in at Roaring Fork, while exploring Wilderness Lodge, and decided to eat lunch here. It may be on the small side, but ample seating area. The bacon cheeseburger was HUGE and cooked to order, perfect!! The ham and cheese sandwich was really good. LOVE the fries!! The fixin's bar had just about every topping you could think of to put on a burger or hot dog. Lots of choices for dessert!! The restaurant was quiet, friendly and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here and will be stopping in again during our 2013 trip. Great use of a QS credit on the Disney Dining Plan.
The food is good, especially the flat breads and specials. The place has limited seating inside, and tables outside. It is in a strange location around the corner from the main restaurants, but it is convenient to the pool complex.
This is a good food court. Food quality was good. I would recommend it.
Compared to the available lunch options in Magic Kingdom, this counter service makes for a nice excursion mid-day if you are not on a tight schedule. Or if you are staying at the Lodge you are indeed in luck! There were a good amount of tables both inside and out for comfortable seating. I had a grilled veggie sandwich on multi-grain bread with roasted red pepper hummus for $8.89. It was a large sandwich and could have easily been split for two and paired with the Chicken Noodle Soup or Chili for $2.59. My companion ordered the Turkey Sandwich with Brie, which came on a nice Whole Wheat bread. Both sandwiches were served with a pasta salad side. I regret not taking a pic of the menu, but will do so next time. There was a wide variety at the deli counter and the grill station, including the typical american fare. (burgers, cheesesteak, etc.) I highly recommend this counter service restaurant for healthy and filling food options. (vegetarian options available here too!)
