Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in Walt Disney World will temporarily close for refurbishment starting March 24, 2025. The restaurant is expected to reopen by the end of March 2025.

Disney says guests staying at the resort may notice construction sounds and activity near the restaurant as work progresses.

The bread pudding I had here was literally probably the best dessert I've ever eaten in my life.

It’s meh IMO. I wouldn’t expect much to get done if they’re only closing for a week. Probably just routine maintenance.

I thought people had said they really liked the family style service. Is it really not that good?

On our senior class trip, we are planning to have our chaperone dinner as a party of 12. Can they accommodate this at a grouped table, or will we be separated? Thanks.

I'd hope for the return of the previous menu offerings.

100%. Haven’t been back since the change. Their menu was incredible prior to the pandemic.

I hope this also lends them to dump the prefix menu. We went there twice, once when it first opened, without the prefix, and once with the prefix. I will simply say we decided to not go back as long as they had the prefix.
