Since Friday's reveal that The Polite Pig is coming to Disney Springs in Spring 2017, some more details have been announced, along with a first look at the menu.
The 5000 sq. ft. restaurant will serve both lunch and dinner, with indoor seating for 200 guests.
Although the restaurant isn't planned to open for another 6 months, we have an early look at the The Polite Pig's menu. It may of course change as the concept develops, but as of right now, here is a look at what you can expect.
The main section is 'From the Smoker,' with entrees priced between $15 and $20. Each dish is served with a choice of two sides, and there is a Wild Salmon, Ribeye, a Whole Chicken, and Baby Back Ribs.
Sandwiches are priced between $9 and $14, and include a Ribeye Melt, Blackened Mahi, Fried Chicken, and a Salmon BLT.
Sides, which can be ordered separately or as part of a main entree, include Smoked Potato Wedges, Grilled Corn, Roasted Beets and an aged Mac and Cheese.
Drinks will include at least 8 beers on tap, 5 cocktails on tap, and 6 wines on tap.

The Polite Pig will be a fast casual concept, similar in operation to the Town Center's D-Luxe Burger.
James and Julie Petrakis, Chef/Owners of The Ravenous Pig and Cask & Larder in Winter Park are creating The Polite Pig, along with Chef Brian Petrakis, James' brother who owns and operates Greens & Grille in Orlando.
