The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival returns in 2025, running from March 5 to June 2. This annual celebration transforms EPCOT into a colorful display of topiaries, gardens, and outdoor kitchens.

Compared to last year’s festival, which ran from February 28 to May 27, 2024, the 2025 festival starts five days later and ends six days later, slightly extending the overall duration.

30th Anniversary Celebration

This year marks a significant milestone—the festival’s 30th anniversary. Since its debut, the event has been a favorite for families and flower enthusiasts alike, showcasing creative floral displays and themed gardens. As part of the celebration, guests can expect enhanced decorations and unique offerings to commemorate three decades of the festival.

Garden Rocks Concert Series

Live music returns to the America Gardens Theatre with the popular Garden Rocks Concert Series. The 2025 lineup includes a mix of returning favorites and new performers. Acts announced so far:

  • March 7, 8: Tommy DeCarlo, former lead singer of Boston
  • March 9, 10: Air Supply (50th Anniversary Celebration)
  • March 14, 15: Blue October
  • March 16, 17: Rick Springfield
  • March 21, 22: Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone
  • March 23, 24: 38 Special
  • March 28, 29: Jason Scheff, longtime singer of Chicago

Additional performers and dates will be revealed in the coming months.

Highlights to Expect

Visitors can look forward to the festival staples:

  • Topiaries: Elaborate character sculptures made entirely of plants and flowers.
  • Gardens: Themed exhibits focusing on pollinators, sustainable gardening, and more.
  • Outdoor Kitchens: Seasonal dishes and beverages showcasing fresh, garden-inspired flavors.

    That is exactly what happened

I saw something online that said Disney changed it because they thought it looked like phineas was giving ferb the middle finger. Personally I doubt that but it did make me wonder why they added it.

Walt Disney Imagineering has shared a behind-the-scenes look at creating topiaries for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival:

I know when se shot our pics (below) it wasn't fully complete, and more was added (flowers in the background). Perhaps Disney did the same.

Did anyone else notice the phineas topiary has a weird flower on his finger that looks wasn’t in the promotional photo?

Then don't try the flan cake in Mexico. That thing will end your diet

This is cute! Much better than the food & wine “let’s decorate… with merch and cash registers!” angle. I think it’s just enough. I have to say, I’m really impressed with all the little touches this year. I know we’re a far cry from the hey day of demonstrations and entertainment pluses of festivals past, but it looks like they put some actual time and attention toward things, from the topiary upgrades, to communicore hall, to LwtL displays, down to themed wraps for some of the trash cans. The Smuckers playground even has nautical flags that spell Smuckers! At the very least, I’d say this is a step in the right direction, which is not something that can be said often at WDW these days. I’m excited to visit later this month and see it for myself.

No. My mom has a pretty cool one that I believe they’re still selling though.

I don't suppose you noticed a new Orange Bird magic band? I've think I've seen most of the merch by now but no magic band.

It’s so good. I’ve been getting it consistently for at least a decade.

Thanks for reporting back. :) The topiaries look very nice in pics, can't wait to seem them in person next week. Oh, and I definitely have my eye on that corn on the cob.

So I just got home from Epcot. Everything was really neat. Food was really good. the highlights were the corn on the cob and the peach funnel cake. Merch was great. As someone who loves the color orange the orange bird stuff really appeals to me. Now onto the topiaries. Those were amazing! The best lineup I’ve seen in years I would say! Mickeys picnic was adorable! And I don’t think I’ve ever seen more work go into the setting of one than the Moana topiary! Obviously though my favorite was phineas and ferb. Now I did not enter the hall because we were pressed for time but I will be returning to check it out soon! Side note: found this in the United Kingdom. Thought it was interesting. I may or may not have gasped in delight upon seeing it.
