THE STORMS SHOULD TAKE THE FORM OF A SQUALL LINE AS THEY MOVE
ONSHORE THE FLORIDA WEST COAST LATE THIS AFTERNOON. LOW LEVEL WIND
FIELDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE DAY...AND AS A RESULT...STORM
MOTION WILL BE RAPID TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 45 TO 55 MPH
DURING THE TIMES OF HIGHEST COVERAGE. SUFFICIENT INSTABILITY WILL
COMBINE WITH THE STRONG WIND FIELDS TO PRODUCE A THREAT FOR SEVERE
STORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS NEAR 60 MPH. WHILE THE
PRIMARY THREAT WILL BE STRAIGHT LINE WINDS...AN ISOLATED TORNADO
WILL BE POSSIBLE.
