Walt Disney World's special merchandise event for Annual Passholders is now open at the AdventHealth Arena within the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex from September 20 to September 23, 2023.

The event features 60% off on select merchandise, including certain apparel, 50th Anniversary goods, Loungefly items, and Dooney & Bourke fashions.

Passholders also have early access to newly released trading pins and Pandora charms such as EPCOT Reimagined, Journey to Imagination with Figment, Minnie Mouse Bride, and Grogu Rose Gold.

The event will be open daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and requires a reservation via a My Disney Experience Virtual Queue.

The Virtual Queue tab in 'My Disney Experience' now features three queues: TRON Lightcycle Run, Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, and Passholder Merchandise Event.

Here's how it works:

  • You can request to join the virtual queue for this event starting at 8:00 am on the day of the event. The event is open from 10 am to 7pm, September 20 through September 23, 2023.
  • You do not need to be at Walt Disney World Resort to join the virtual queue.
  • Once your group is called, you’ll have up to 2 hours to check in at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. This merchandise event ends at 7:00 pm, so be sure to allow enough time for you to shop.

An eligible, activated Annual Pass is required to attend. You must show your Annual Pass card, MagicMobile pass, MagicBand or MagicBand+β€”along with valid photo identificationβ€”when checking in. Everyone in your party must be an Annual Passholder and be included in your virtual queue group to attend this merchandise event. Any discounts are for personal use only and may not be used to purchase merchandise with the intent to resell the merchandise; not valid on certain items and may not be combined with any other discount, offer or promotion and subject to change without notice.

Didn't want 1 especially when they thought they could sell them for $99......went from $99 to $8

MrPromeySep 22, 2023

With passholders you've got two groups here: The ones that know better and the flippers. In this case, it seems like even the flippers knew better.

HauntedPirateSep 22, 2023

They don't talk about it.

WorldExplorerSep 22, 2023

I'm pretty sure that wasn't originally 99 dollars, though.

I think it’s this - the suitcase version: https://www.ebay.com/itm/385662418871?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=51itdsswsow&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=-QGezlT9TF6&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

There is actually way more than in the pictures. They have palets and palets of merchandise stacked up.

MrPromeySep 21, 2023

Sadly for Disney, one song β‰  whole movie.

Pretty good Photoshopping there by Steve. Everyone knows Encanto is a massive cultural phenomenon that moves merchandise like crazy.

ppete1975Sep 21, 2023

seems to be worth 8 bucks if this is what it is.

ppete1975Sep 21, 2023

how many of these shoppers have ebay accounts? :)

mightynineSep 21, 2023

😬 "Limit 2"? Looks like people didn't even want one

It makes total sense to me. "Bargain prices! Everything must go!"

MrPromeySep 21, 2023

That can't possibly be true. Just look at all those Mirabel Dolls!

HauntedPirateSep 21, 2023

I read the event description as they are trying to sell all the stuff they haven't been able to sell anywhere else. I could be wrong.
