1 Bedroom Villa 
Features a master suite with a king-size bed and whirlpool tub. Each villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, a
queen-size sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair in the living room and a private porch or balcony. A One-Bedroom Villa sleeps up to five adults plus one child under three, with the average villa measuring 880 square feet.

2 Bedroom Villa
Features a master suite with a king-size bed and whirlpool tub. Each villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, a
queen-size sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair in the living room and a private porch or balcony. It also offers an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed, a double sleeper sofa and a private bath. Two-Bedroom Villas sleep up to nine adults plus one child under three, with the average villa measuring 1,255 square feet

3 Bedroom Beach Cottage
A free-standing and the most luxurious seaside option. Each sleeps up to 12 adults plus one child under three, with all the bedrooms located on the first floor. The master suite offers a king-size bed and whirlpool tub and two additional bedrooms, each offering a private bath with hair dryer and two queen-size beds. Each
bedroom has its own TV and ceiling fan and opens to a private porch. A washer/dryer is located on the first floor. On the second floor beneath a cathedral ceiling, each Beach Cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, CD stereo, queen-size sleeper sofa in the spacious living room and two private balconies, one overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the other offering sweeping views of the resort. The average Three-Bedroom Beach Cottage is 2,125 square feet

Deluxe Studio 
STUDIO sleeps up to four adults plus one child under three, featuring a queen-size bed and double sleeper sofa or two queen beds, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, in  ddition to a wet bar with under-counter refrigerator, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker and private porch or balcony. The average Studio is 350 square feet.

Inn - Garden View
Offers the charm of an old inn and sleeps up to four adults plus one child under three, featuring two queensize beds, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, wet bar with under-counter refrigerator, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker and private balcony. The average Inn Room is 360 square feet.

Inn - Ocean View
Offers the charm of an old inn and sleeps up to four adults plus one child under three, featuring two queensize beds, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, wet bar with under-counter refrigerator, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker and private balcony. The average Inn Room is 360 square feet.
