Disney's Blizzard Beach will be closed on November 23 and 24, 2023, due to low temperatures arriving in Central Florida.

Lows for Thursday and Friday are in the 50's, rising to highs in the upper 60's as a cold front moves through the area.

Blizzard Beach is currently scheduled to reopen on November 25, 2023.

Typhoon Lagoon is currently closed for refurbishment.

They could call it “Jollywood Nights, but without the rides!”

So much of a lost opportunity to have a themed hard-ticket event to take advantage of the blizzard theming and actual frigid conditions. Just get the extra hot chocolate and cookies from the Christmas party, add an exclusive limited time popcorn bucket, and some $30 cupcakes, then slap a $200 per person price tag on it, and they'll practically be printing money!

Blizzard Beach, Aquatica, and Volcano Bay remain closed today as well.

If there was any chance Orlando would get snow, none of the local weathermen would shut up about it. I haven't seen anything on any of the network affiliates here that was suggest it's likely or even possible.

It's going to drop to a low of 31 tonight. There could be some snow flurries...

I don’t think so, usually they wait until it’s colder when the average temp is colder. Usually mid 60s at the beginning/warmer part of the season and 60 degrees during the cold part of the season.

Right. You quoted me from last winter. This year should be warmer and drier in FL.

Is there a specific set temperature below which Disney always closes the water parks?
