A new exterior-facing kiosk window is taking shape at EPCOT's Canada Pavilion, part of a still unknown project.
The construction is focused on the Hotel du Canada area, a part of the pavilion that has been inaccessible to guests for years. A previously filed permit listed the project as "Install Set Elements" and was assigned to Icarus Exhibits. This vendor has extensive experience with Disney, having contributed to TRON Lightcycle Run, Star Wars Galaxy's Edge, and Toy Story Land.
While the permit's description remains intentionally vague, the involvement of Walt Disney Imagineering indicates a guest-facing addition is likely. Combined with the kiosk-style window visible in the construction photos, it seems the pavilion might be expanding its offerings.
Current theories suggest the possibility of a bar or lounge space, while others wonder if it could tie into a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) initiative.
