Aerophile suspending operations from today ahead of possible impacts from Hurricane Irma

The first operational impact at Walt Disney World due to Hurricane Irma is the temporary closure of the Aerophile tethered balloon at Disney Springs.

Operations are suspended as of September 6 2017.

Although severe weather is not forecast until later this weekend, crews will require time to secure the balloon.
