Here is a latest look at the widening of the walkway between Liberty Square and Fantasyland alongside Cinderella Castle.

It looks like the walkway will be at least twice as wide as it was previously.

The walkway has been a consistent bottleneck, and these changes should greatly improved guest flow through the area. No word yet on a completion date.

    Three guests walking side by side in one direction so only one could pass the other way with difficulty. Last week that was my experience, as you can't fix stupid.

    I would agree. Looking at old photos, it was previously about 8' wide. It appears to be 14'-15' now.

    It's much wider. We used that path frequently and you could fit only 2 people across. I remember this because numerous times someone would be walking in the middle and did not want to move over to their side to let the person coming from the other direction by. I shoulder bumped a lot of people in that walkway. This was ground zero for rude people taking up the whole path. It looks like you can easily fit 4 across it now.
