The Pleasure Island bypass bridge is now complete and open to guests.
Although temporary, the bridge is very elaborate. It is wide, extremely solid feeling, and is equipped with full lighting package, and views out on the water. Also part of the bridge is a new entrance into the water taxi boat dock.
To allow for construction work on Pleasure Island, the bypass bridge will become the only link between the West Side and the Marketplace. As of now though, it is still possible to walk through Pleasure Island, making the bypass route optional.
