The Epcot parking lot has reached capacity as of 11am January 7 2018.
Cars are being redirected to park at the TTC, to then use the monorail to return to Epcot.
A large section of the parking lot has been used for the Walt Disney World Marathon, which would likely explain capacity being reached.
