I did enjoy this show, though now with the touring of the broadway version, it is pale in comaprison. I am exicted to see the new philharmagic show.
This show recreated scenes from the Lion King with large and emaborate puppet versions of Simba and friends. The show was nice but did not seem to top the similar Voyage of the Little Mermaid show at Disney-MGM Studios or Festival of the Lion King show at the Animal Kingdom. It also just didn't seem to fit the storybook theming of Fantasyland. It was nice, but I'm looking forward to the upcomming Philharmagic attraction.
I really loved this show and will miss it. The pre-show with Rafaki was really good and the show in a whole was great! That been said I understand it had it glory and it is time to move on.
SIMBA AND PALS MOVE ON -THIS WAS AN ENJOYABLE SHOW FOR ALL AGES.IT WILL BE TRULY MISSED.
I enjoyed this attraction during its production years, but like the Circle of Life in the Fantasyland Theater, it is time to wave goodbye to Simba and his pals. But don't worry - you can still catch their live stage show at the Animal Kingdom!! The puppets and live performers in this show were incredible...and it was quite a wonderful show!!
