Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been updated with a new limited time exhibit -“The Eternals” – Jack Kirby’s Cosmic Series.

    The assumption is that Disney can use 3 of the 5 movies in the Marvel slate from 2020-2021: Doctor Strange, Shang Chi and The Eternals.

    It's a neat display and a great tribute. But even though Disney now owns Marvel, Kirby is not a Disney Legend, even if they want to call him that. He's a Marvel Legend who never worked for Disney. Call him a comic legend, super hero legend, fiction legend, especially a Marvel Legend as he goes with Stan Lee like Walt and Roy or Walt and Ub Iwerks go together. But Jack Kirby is not Disney. I wonder how Jack would feel about that- if he'd appreciate it and take it as a compliment, be insulted, or laugh about it.

    Yeah, seriously doubt no one involved with the Marvel-Uni deal ever would have considered them for a theme park attraction (let alone a movie).

    Almost certainly. I mean, this is just confirmation, but I don't see how the Eternals would be considered part of the "family" for anyone used at Uni. I think they'd also be good with using Shang-Chi in WDW.
