The new adults-only lounge, GEO-82, is officially opening at EPCOT on June 4, 2025, with reservations available beginning May 6.

Located inside Spaceship Earth, this new experience will offer an exclusive setting for guests 21 and older to enjoy handcrafted cocktails, globally inspired small plates, and sweeping views of the World Celebration Gardens.

GEO-82 is designed as an intimate, elegant space inspired by the architecture of Spaceship Earth. Disney says it will serve as a sophisticated spot for afternoon sips or a relaxed evening after a day in the park. In addition to general reservations, guests can also book the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience as part of the Enchanting Extras Collection, which includes premium seating for “Luminous: The Symphony of Us,” a tasting tower of small bites, exclusive cocktails, and Champagne poured tableside. Full details.

So much for the fun theming or epcot history nods on the menu - going for a more generic elegant touch with drinks like 'Manhattan in the Morning' and offerings like Lump Crab Gateau. Admittedly, theming the menu was a bit more risky with the potential to be obvious or hokey - but I would have preferred that b/c I like my disney to be different vs whats typical outside. Maybe they are matching the theming to the sterile new world celebration spine.

You think the lying STOPPED with Iger 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 I think Walt sincerely cared about guest experience, theme, quality, legend has it, Walt would fight about spending money to correct, redo things with his brother Roy.

It really does seem like it. If it’s not monetized, via an up charge, LL, food, merchandise, away it goes.

Unless you want the fireworks viewing package there is no price to enter During most times just make a reservation and pay for what you order (if anything)

You are absolutely right. Disney's theme park business is about MAKING MONEY! Its not about the guest experience, theme, quality or even BASIC MAINTENANCE, its about quarterly profits!!!!!! If folks want guest experience, theme, quality they can go to EPIC I only wish Disney's theme park business would talk to Disney's movie business. :)

Wait, do you think there's even the slightest chance that this doesn't exist? I mean do you honestly think there is even a chance a business the size of WDW doesn't have a chart/graphic/some data presentation metric that identifies revenue generating areas/facilities and their revenue/cost/profit per square foot? Do you think there is any successful business that doesn't have that information readily available and isn't analyzing it at least bi-annually?

Just the price to enter turns me off. For what? finger snacks?? Overhead view of the fireworks - not for that price.

There's a part of me that wonders... is there a heat map somewhere in the halls of TDO that shows monetary generation in the parks? Red = zero revenue generation Orange/yellow = underutilized for monetary generation Green = Yeah, that's the spot... "What's that giant red blob at MK?" "Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island, my liege" 'Well, we need to change that! What's that red blob there, in that Epcot park thing?" "The Spaceship Earth post-show lounge?" "We could sell alcohol there. Alcohol makes us a lots of profit."
