A widespread nationwide outage of AT&T's wireless service is impacting guests at Walt Disney World this morning.
Some AT&T customers are seeing SOS calls only on their phones and are unable to send or receive text messages or use the internet. The outage began around 7 am.
Guests at Walt Disney World are advised to use Disney's free Wi-Fi service to access the internet and use My Disney Experience. Affected customers can also use Disney's Wi-Fi network to make voice calls.
AT&T said some of its customers were facing interruptions and was "working urgently" to restore service. "We encourage the use of Wi-Fi calling until service is restored," AT&T said.
