Disney initially announced this morning that Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Copper Creek Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and the Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will be closed Wednesday, November 9 through Friday, November 11. The information was posted on the official Walt Disney World Weather update page, but was then later removed. It is not clear if this is an error with the website, or if the closure was posted prematurely. This article will be updated when more is known.

Disney has announced that it will be closing some of its resort properties over the coming days due to the arrival of Subtropical Storm Nicole in the Central Florida area.
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Copper Creek Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and the Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will be closed Wednesday, November 9 through Friday, November 11.
Disney is contacting Guests with current and upcoming reservations impacted by this change.
Performances of Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue have been cancelled for Wednesday, November 9 through Friday, November 11 in light of the temporary closure of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Guests with pre-paid reservations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park will be closed Thursday November 10. So far, all four main Walt Disney World theme parks are operating as normal.
