Disney's Grand Floridian Courtyard Pool Closing for Refurbishment Through Late February 2025

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will close its Courtyard Pool, adjacent whirlpool spa, and Courtyard Pool Bar from January 13, 2025, through late February 2025 for routine maintenance on the Courtyard Pool building.

During this time, guests can still use the Beach Pool, which features a 181-foot waterslide in a natural springs-themed setting. The area also includes a nearby lounge and bar for refreshments, an aquatic play area for kids, and private cabanas available for rent.

The Courtyard Pool is a popular spot for its peaceful atmosphere, heated waters, and zero-entry design, making its temporary closure something to keep in mind if you prefer a quieter swim experience.

    Better taking it down now, versus later when there's greater demand. Of course there will always be those people who'll jump in when it's 50 out.
