The Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is our top foodie event of the year. It's your chance to savor restaurant-quality dishes, explore an incredible variety of drinks, and enjoy it all in the beautiful setting of the Swan and Dolphin causeway. Whether you're looking for the dining highlight of your vacation, a memorable treat, or an unforgettable date night, this event is a must.

With longer hours, special ticket discounts, and the largest selection of food and drink yet, here's what attendees can look forward to at this popular festival celebrating its 15th year.

Event Highlights

  • Dates and Hours: The event will run from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each night—the longest hours in the event's history, giving guests extra time to take in the experience.
  • Single Night Admission: $195 per person for unlimited food and beverage samples each evening.
  • Two-Night Bundle: To celebrate the 15th anniversary, a 15% discount is available when purchasing tickets for both nights. Each evening will feature a unique menu, allowing attendees to experience a broader range of flavors and pairings.
  • Menu Offerings: With 45 food dishes and over 170 wine, beer, and spirits options, this year brings the most extensive selection yet.

New Dishes to Try

The media preview highlighted some standout dishes that attendees won't want to miss:

Smoked Hand-Crafted Bacon – Served with artisanal bread purée, carrot purée, and vinegared heirloom apple, this smoky dish from Smokin' D's BBQ station is packed with layered flavors.

Korean "No Mayo" Salad – A refreshing option featuring rice noodles, cucumber, kimchi, and cashews from Cabana Bar & Beach Club.

Harissa Spiced Lamb Sausage – Paired with bulgar wheat, smoked yogurt, and a fennel-onion salad from Amare, this dish offers bold, aromatic flavors.

Desserts – New dessert offerings include the Caramel Banana Crème Brûlée, a Pistachio Raspberry Mousse with white chocolate foam, and a Mandarin Cream Beignet. It's hard to pick a favorite, but we loved the Caramel Banana Crème Brûlée.

New Experiences

This year's event features three interactive seminars taught by members of the resort's award-winning food and beverage team, allowing guests to expand their knowledge in a delicious way:

  • (NEW) Beer Here! will take guests on a flavorful journey through Florida's craft beer scene, celebrating the vibrant and diverse brews of the Sunshine State.
  • (NEW) Salud! A Journey Through Spain guides attendees through Spain's rich winemaking heritage, with cuisine pairing tips and more.
  • Craft Cocktails, a fan favorite, breaks down the components of a great cocktail and how to make a perfect drink in your own home.

All seminars will take place at the Swan Reserve on Saturday, November 16 from 4:30-5:30 pm, just prior to the outdoor festival, and are $85 per person, excluding tax. Seminars require separate tickets and space is limited.

Why Foodies Shouldn't Miss This Event

Food lovers won't want to miss this experience. It's a rare chance to sample a wide range of restaurant-quality dishes, with no lines or per-kiosk charges. With unlimited food and drink included, you can explore as many flavors as you like—making this a top pick for anyone eager to enjoy creations from some of the area's best culinary talent.

Support for a Cause

In recognition of Veterans and Military Families Month, the Swan and Dolphin is partnering with the Wounded Warrior Project as this year's charity beneficiary. Proceeds from the event will support the organization's work, helping veterans dealing with service-related injuries and illnesses.
