The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin recently hosted a media preview for the upcoming Food and Wine Classic on November 11 and November 12 2022, giving us a taste of some of the dishes on offer at one of the best foodie festivals of the year.
Now in its thirteenth year, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic offers 25 food dishes and more than 100 beverages, all unlimited, for a flat rate of $165 per person. There is no worrying about how m much items cost, no queuing to pay, and it is all restaurant quality food individually prepared by passionate chefs.

Guests at the event this year will get to get an early taste of the upcoming Rosa Mexicano restaurant opening in spring 2023 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin.
Several dishes will be on offer, including a Classic Guacamole En Molcajete, a Roasted Mushroom Taco Shitake, and a Pork Carnitas de Cazuela.
Shula's is back with a wonderful Roasted Linz Heritage Black Angus Beef Tenderloin.
The Swan and Dolphin has a new Executive Pastry Chef, Aernis Robeznieks, and with him comes an all-new dessert line-up, which you won't want to miss.

Also new for 2022, is a VIP Champagne & Dessert party at the Swan Reserve and its 15th-floor private event space, The Vue, which offers floor-to-ceiling views of all Walt Disney World theme parks and water parks.
For $150 per person, you get to enjoy a VIP champagne and dessert reception featuring champagnes and sparkling wines paired with the hotel's award-winning desserts while watching Disney nighttime spectaculars. It takes place on Saturday, November 12 from 8:30-10 p.m. Tickets: $150 per person for unlimited dessert and beverage tastings.
For the ultimate event, try The Grand Tasting - a high-end wine pairing tasting, perfect for wine enthusiasts. This is a journey of elite wines and champagnes curated by Master Sommelier John Blazon and paired with a custom chef's table menu from the resort's Executive Chef Dan Herman. It takes place Saturday, November 12 from 2-5 p.m and tickets: $395 per person.
