Skincare store Origins in the Town Center at Disney Springs has permanently closed.

Origins was located across from ZARA, and its final day of operation was Saturday August 28 2021.

Origins was among the last of the major stores to reopen in August 2020 following Disney Springs returning from the COVID shutdown.

We understand that plan are underway for another store to reopen in the space.

Nearly all locations at Disney Springs are doing extremely well. There have been very few closures, and even in this case, it is the parent company of Origins switching the brand to one of its others.

As another poster said “never heard of it”… Malls maybe dying but Disney Springs is not. Stores are going to fail anywhere my guess is that it didn’t have the name recognition like some other stores. The fact that it’s mentioned that there are already plans for a new business to go in shows you companies are eager to do business here.

Are you kidding me? When's the last time you were there? Disney Springs is very busy. Just because a few, weak, underperforming businesses can't compete doesn't mean another huge change is needed.

Good location for Disney and Florida health to put in a vaccination clinic and offer a $20 Disney Springs dining credit or a 15% parks merchandise credit for getting vaxed. Step up and get vaxed.
