Disney has updated the performance times for Magic Kingdom's nightly fireworks show, Happily Ever After, hinting at preparations for the debut of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away this summer.

In late June and early July, Happily Ever After is scheduled for 9:20 pm each night. However, starting July 6, 2025, the fireworks show shifts to 10:00 pm. This change remains in place on July 7, the latest date currently available on the calendar.

This new fireworks time appears to align with planning for a parade schedule. Based on traditional Magic Kingdom operations, it's likely that Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away will perform twice nightly, following a familiar pattern:

  • First Parade: 9:00 pm.
  • Fireworks: 10:00 pm.
  • Second Parade: 11:00 pm.

While Disney has not officially announced an opening date for Disney Starlight or confirmed a nightly schedule, the adjustment to Happily Ever After performance times strongly suggests that parade operations are being factored into upcoming plans, with a July 6 debut for Starlight a possibility.

Beyond an official opening date, there is also a possibility of advance previews for Cast Members and other groups of guests, including Annual Passholders. However, no preview opportunities have yet been announced.

Oh yea, I see it now… oops! AP and DVC previews aren’t too far behind usually IIRC

I don’t believe general cast previews have been announced for TT yet, usually they are announced around the same time as AP and DVC previews

If cms have been notified of TT preview dates I’m curious if they have been notified of Starlight dates? If not I would think it should be very soon.

Now we have to look for Starlight and TT 3.0 Previews! :) :) :) :)

As of Friday we start the one month countdown till the official debut! The countdown probably already started to the “unofficial” debut meaning previews.

Small thing but it will be nice to see the billboards around WDW and the I-Drive Garage Ribbon advertising Starlight and TT. Way more exciting than LL and the Villains show.

Very Nice! This is also on MDE! :) Are we thinking we won't see this Poster at the Train Station until July 20th? Has MK tried Starlight on Main Street yet?

Like Pandora did? (That's a rhetorical question.)

The actual parade/show calendar only goes out 3-4 weeks ... possible Disney puts out something with info earlier but might just be when that catches up

that's what my guess would be (I think it's going to be last minute for parade time(s) )

That close to Starlight's Date? I was guessing before July?
