im not old enough to go here, but this was reviewed by my parents. great place to hear music, and just sit back and relax
The four pianists we saw could all clearly play the piano and play well. Good singers, too. They could play nearly everything that was thrown at them (though I stumped them with "Nightswimming" by R.E.M., a beautiful piano number). The mood in the club is light, and you can easily get your requests played. It was wonderful to hear "Vienna" by Billy Joel, a favorite of ours.
I only went there on tuesday nights when it was cast member night, so take that into consideration. The dueling pianos were a lot of fun and I can imagine they can also have a quiet romantic night. However, what I experienced was pure fun with the pianos and requests. It was always entertaining, the crowd participated and we just had a lot of fun! ;-)
If you're into kareoke style places with an American twist...this is it. Two pianos playing your favorite songs (at your request) while everyone sings along with them. Song's can be anything you can think of...Jimmy Buffet, The Beatles, Dave Matthew, you name it! I've visited the place many times and it's a great place to to kick back and have some fun. As for admission, you'll need to pay a fee to get in and you'll need to be 21+ due to the sale of alcohol inside.
